Dariusz Paczuski. Growth is a human sport.
Five-time global CMO. Three-time GM. Nearly three decades amplifying brands and accelerating business growth – from Netscape and GE to AI agents and PE-backed unicorns. Creator of the CLG Method. Built for the rooms where growth actually gets decided.
Why I built CLG Partners.
I've been blessed, working for underdogs my entire career, seeing them outmaneuver category leaders simply because our people were pulling in the same direction. From consistently delivering double-digit growth across customers and categories – regardless of conditions, competition, or challenges – I built the CLG Method: a human-first operating system for growth built around three interlocking frameworks and an executive cadence.
The companies that win don't just acquire customers. They build brands, businesses, and everything around them and align their people to deliver for them at every step of the journey. Most companies skip that part. That's where CLG Partners comes in.
Most growth problems aren't actually strategy problems. They're human problems. The hardest part of growth isn't identifying the right direction. It's getting executives and employees to see it, believe it, and move together. Somewhere between insight and implementation, growth stalls. The CLG Method closes that gap.
From browsers to AI agents.

The CLG Method – a human-first operating system for growth, now trademarked and available to CEOs, PE firms, and marketing leaders as a 90-day sprint. Active advisor with Innovation Norway and the Nordic House TINC program, building a Silicon Valley-Nordic growth bridge. Guest-lectured to MBAs at LMU. Originating and producing The Crossing: a Silicon Valley AI Growth Summit (Oslo, March 2027).
Growth is a sport. It rewards the teams that train like one.
Born in Poland, time in England, raised in Norway. I swam for the Norwegian National Swim Team and became Norwegian Champion before a swim scholarship brought me to California. I missed the '88 Summer Olympics by 2/100ths at Nationals – silver in the 400 individual medley. That gap taught me more than any medal could have.
I'm still competing. 1st in age group at the 2026 Santa Cruz Sprint Triathlon (10th overall), 2026 Morgan Hill Tough Sprint (22nd overall), 2025 Napa Valley Alpha Sprint (8th overall), and 2nd overall at the 2024 Escape from Alcatraz Swim. Swimmer, cyclist, runner, triathlete, skier, certified scuba diver.
Those lessons run through the CLG Method. Peak performance isn't a tagline. It's the standard for how we show up for customers – and how we build the organizations that serve them.
AI can't people. Only people can.
The companies that win in an AI world won't be the ones with the most automation. They'll be the ones where humans and AI are working together – with humans leading. That's Augmented Intelligence. It's the lens through which every part of the CLG Method is built.
My mission is to elevate the hearts, health, minds, and vibes of the tribes I work with. That's true whether I'm coaching a CMO through a board meeting, walking a PE operating partner through a portfolio diagnostic, or running a 90-day sprint with a growth-stage CEO. Same mission, different rooms.
