From Insight to Implementation in 90 Days

90 days from stalled to moving and growing.

Most engagements follow a familiar pattern. An outside team comes in, interviews a handful of executives, disappears for six weeks, and returns with a deck full of findings and recommendations. The deck is thorough. The recommendations are reasonable. Then it gets filed, because the people who need to execute it weren’t part of building it.

That’s not CLG Partners. That’s not the CLG Method™️.

Every part of the 90-day sprint — the 7As audit, the SPARC roadmap, the PST decisions, the OKRs — is built with the people who live your customer journey every day. Not on their behalf. With them. Because strategies that people help build are strategies people own — owned strategies get executed.

Here’s what 90 days looks like.

Phase 1 — Diagnose (Days 1–30)

We run the full 7As active listening and audit across your customer journey — from Audiences and Insights through Advocacy and Referrals. We do it by going deep with the people inside your organization who know where the friction lives and work with them to pull reports, analyze dashboards, draw conclusions, and define strategies. We listen and learn from everyone. The sales leader who knows why deals stall. The onboarding specialist who’s watched customers disengage at the same moment for two years. The customer success team that hears the same objection every quarter.

Their knowledge becomes the foundation of everything that follows. AI accelerates the synthesis. Your people provide the signal.

By the end of Phase 1: a complete 7As audit and scorecard, with friction points identified across every stage of the customer journey — by the people who know it best.

Phase 2 — Design (Days 31–60)

With the audit complete, we build the SPARC roadmap — the operating infrastructure and growth engine your strategy actually needs to execute. Strategy, People, Alignment, Routines, Culture. Each dimension assessed, each gap named, each priority sequenced.

This is where PST does its heaviest lifting. Every finding from the 7As audit gets a verdict: Preserve, Strengthen, or Transform. Every SPARC gap gets an owner. The team that’s been part of the diagnosis becomes the team that’s part of the design — which means by the time the roadmap is finished, it already has buy-in for delivery.

By the end of Phase 2: a SPARC roadmap with clear priorities across all five dimensions, a PST investment matrix with aligned decisions on what to protect, fix, and change, and draft OKRs ready for refinement.

Phase 3 — Deliver (Days 61–90)

This is where insight becomes implementation. OKRs are finalized. Owners are confirmed. Cross-functional teams are aligned and dependencies have become commitments. The first sprint is planned and the routines that will hold the team accountable are in place. Metrics are clear.

The goal of Phase 3 isn’t to hand over a finished plan. It’s to leave the organization running with the people, the process, and the momentum to keep moving.

By the end of Phase 3: a fully activated growth engine, 100% customized to your company, your team, and your growth stage — ready to execute from day one.

That’s the difference between a growth strategy and a growth engine. A strategy tells you where to go. An engine gets you there.

90 days from stalled to moving and growing. With your people at the center of every step — augmented with AI.

Next week: who this is for, what engagement looks like, and how to start the conversation.
