The Human/Agentic Continuum

I'm writing a paper called The Human/Agentic Continuum – a working theory about where AI should augment humans in growth and go-to-market, and where to automate and accelerate with agents.

The thesis: growth is still a human sport, but the line between human and agentic is moving fast. Most companies are drawing it in the wrong place.

To ground the paper in real data, I'm running a short executive survey – 16 questions, under 10 minutes.

It covers AI maturity, where executives are seeing innovation and impact, what they'd preserve, strengthen, or transform in their strategy, and what the next 12-24 months look like.

→ Take the survey here.

These perspectives will shape how the paper frames the human/agentic continuum – the risks, the opportunities, and where the line should be. I'll share a pre-publication summary with all participants before it goes live.

Growth is still a human sport. The question is which parts.

Thanks in advance.
